Apple is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Infrastructure Services team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will interact with many internal teams to lead and deliver best-in-class products in an exciting fast-paced environment. You will drive strategic initiatives by analyzing spend and building complex business models. You will work closely with the businesses, architecture, technical, and project teams to automate processes and develop workflows to support rapid growth. You will gain invaluable experience in a position which offers significant responsibility and interaction with senior management as well as considerable opportunity to have an impact within a strategic organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience in business intelligence, finance, data science, or management consulting
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings
  • Outstanding business and/or financial modeling skills in Excel
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI platform to develop reports and dashboards
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for collaborating across multiple teams and locations
  • Experience presenting complex business models and analyses to executive/senior management
  • Highly motivated and organized self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines, and balance various projects at one time
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to form relationships
  • Experience scaling processes, systems, and controls
  • Natural curiosity and aim to identify ways to challenge the status quo
  • Knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Python is a plus


You will analyze data and identify key trends, insights, and risks/opportunities. You will communicate findings and provide recommendations to influence decision-making. You will develop business models to support strategic initiatives, total cost of ownership, and return on investments. You will interface cross-functionally and globally with multiple business groups. You will develop important dashboards, reports and data-driven analyses. You will assist business teams by developing tools, processes, and procedures to facilitate and monitor strategic and financial initiatives. You will seek areas of improvement and drive system automation.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g., business, mathematics, statistics, computer science) Advanced degree is a plus
