Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it Within Worldwide Sales & Operations Support (WW SOS), we are looking for an experienced trainer who has a passion for inspiring learners and developing content that is focused, engaging, and fun. This position works closely with the Learning & Development team to design, develop, and deliver a variety of content to the WW SOS organization. You will be responsible for the deployment of key training courses for managers and employees in key functions within WW SOS. The role also includes coaching individual managers and employees on core concepts that are taught in the training in order to improve performance. In addition to delivery, this role is responsible for the design and development of content ranging from soft skills to functional. This role is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

  • Excellent, presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills
  • Experience in mentoring

You will design, develop, and deliver a variety of content across WW SOS. You will coach individual managers and employees on core concepts to improve performance. Also, work closely with key functions to identify training needs or improvements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5-7 years trainer experience
