- 5+ years of Industry experience (high volume consumer electronics products
- Driven, independent and possess strong thought leadership skills

Apple is seeking a top-tier Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead iPhone repair operations supply chain worldwide. You should have experience in hardware product management, and exposure to production/operations management, preferably in a repair service business. • Manage the overall business and operational aspects of running iPhone global repair operations • Influence commercial and cross-functional teams to enable an optimal repair operations strategy. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Technical Operations, Ops Test Engineering, Capital Expenditure, Capacity Planning) and AppleCare to spearhead repair operations optimization efforts and improve operational metrics. • Lead cross-functional brain-storming sessions on complex business concepts, analyze required datasets and articulate the findings/recommendations to Ops and AppleCare executive team on a periodic basis. • Respond quickly to changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture. OPMs are courageous leaders capable of working with highly skilled cross-functional business & technical teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and execute mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Education & Experience
BS degree in engineering or equivalent. MS in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.
