Apple’s Emerging Technology - Platform Services Communications team is looking for a hardworking professional to work with us on our customer communications platform. Candidate would have proven analytical and interpersonal skills with confirmed ability to perform a quality assurance lead role in a dynamic project development environment.
- Experience developing test plans and test strategies that meet functional requirements, performance requirements and satisfy user acceptance criteria
- Experience identifying gaps in the requirements or testing processes and able to generate solutions for continuous improvement
- Able to provide guidance, direction and monitor the day-to-day function of team of 10+ QA engineers across the globe
Lead QA efforts and work closely with QA engineers and developers in a geographically distributed team to automate and test world class applications. Collaborate with development, operational, vendor and business teams to facilitate technical discussions. Work with business partners to assist in solving user reported issues. Communicate product readiness, level of quality and testing results to management team.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering and minimum 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in area of quality engineering
