Come be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple. Apple’s Internet Software & Services partner operations team is seeking a project manager to develop and mature the operations for our global program. You will support and grow the program that enables third party partners to sell services on Apple’s behalf. You will work closely with cross functional teams in engineering, analytics, AppleCare, marketing, and account management to ensure that we’re getting ahead of issues, rolling out platform enhancements, and ensuring strong communications internally and externally. You are a curious person who loves to solve problems and enjoys finding the solution. You are comfortable in gray, you are creative, and you love to understand the ins and outs of an issue. You can balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for our partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Problem solver with 5+ years of experience working with internal and external partners to drive resolution
  • Experience communicating updates to a diverse cross-functional teams across engineering and business
  • Self-starting and ambitious team player
  • Good technical proficiency with a desire to learn more
  • Experience documenting processes and customer experience


Own the sustaining operations for live partners and identify areas for improvement and change Drive resolution on behalf of external partners with internal teams Develop in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur Support day-to-day operational requests from internal and external partners Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones

Education & Experience

BA/BS and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
