Key Qualifications

  • 2 years experiences in BSP/Device Driver development and debugging, and experience in multiple driver areas is helpful
  • Strong programming skills on C and C++ and assembly programming skills is a plus
  • Deep understanding of multi-core embedded HW system and RTOS
  • Good at analyzing and triaging complicated modem issues
  • Highly motivated and focused, self starter
  • A great teammate with strong verbal and written interpersonal skills, proficient English communication is must-have
  • Investigate, prototype and deliver new and innovative system solutions


As a BSP engineer in the Baseband Power Management team, we are responsible for: Design and development of the BSP framework software Develop state-of-the-art BSP/device drivers for modem Perform cellular digital and RF power consumption model with test equipments Bring up new hardware platforms Review HW schematics and assist HW debugging Support factory testing and resolve critical issues on-site Perform modem SW integration, and stabilize the baseline

Education & Experience

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or related degree
