Key Qualifications

  • Comfort with tight-schedules, ambiguity in rapidly-evolving production environment.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with global stakeholders and navigate within a corporate structure.
  • Accountable for the development of the annual budget planning and management.
  • Lead all aspects of finance and accounting tasks and lead necessary communications with stakeholders and relevant teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the project teams and upper level management.


Produce all aspects of the events held at Steve Jobs Theater from strategic planning, pre-production, rehearsals and execution. Drive a process for budget accountability and management to ensure delivery of excellent events with full transparency. This includes working daily with Apple finance, procurement and operations. Build and update event documentation including event show operations, health and safety procedures, staff briefing packs, standard operating procedures, and on-site management plans. Assume active responsibility for the flow and discipline of schedules, content reviews, rehearsals, and show production. Schedule and manage all production and staff meetings. Ensure all vendors are adhering to Apple’s procurement policies and maintain the highest degrees of confidentiality and security. Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance relationships to ensure the best available talent and pricing, including supporting producing staff. Hold all events to Apple’s high creative standards and collaborate with appropriate resources to ensure events meet Apple’s level of detail and design. Lead critical information flow to all internal partners in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to best practices and communicate expectations to all contributors. Work closely with content development team on ideation of content from pre-production through show and post production. Consult and communicate with engineering management and department heads on technical issues as required. Manage the run-of-show and call-sheets for all productions. Ensure updates are efficiently and clearly communicated to stakeholders. Assist with off-site events as needed.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred
