WW Sales Finance is looking for a manager to lead the WW Channel Initiatives Finance Team in developing world class programs and financial support. The ideal candidate for this role combines strong business acumen and technical knowledge. They will develop and deliver tools and analysis that will enable informed and targeted decision-making and help drive program strategy and investments. They will have the opportunity to work on high-impact global sales programs and be an integral partner in defining, deploying and evaluating consumer programs.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related finance/accounting experience of which 3-5 years has been in a management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management
  • Extensive proven knowledge of financial reporting processes specific to P&L and investment criteria
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills and experience frequently presenting at senior executive level
  • Experience in a multinational sales environment is highly desired
  • Positive attitude with demonstrated success in challenging and improving the status-quo


Apple is seeking a driven Finance Manager to support its Worldwide Channel Initiatives. This spans across both our Consumer Channel Programs, as well as our Margin programs and consumer pricing. As a manager, you will be responsible for finance-related activities including strategy, metrics, investment criteria, budgets and reporting relating to these programs. We are in the midst of redesigning our channel program strategy to support the Apple of the future and need a thought leader to be able to drive the cross-functional teams. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Development and management of programmatic scope and investments Sizing and assessment of channel investments including impact to partner profitability Build strong working relationships with Marcom, Sales, Sales operations, Procurement, pricing and channel finance teams on creating and maintaining programs Return on investment calculations and cost-per-store analyses Business partnering with WW cross-functional team to assess local business requirements Presenting and reporting to senior management on financials related to programs Collecting, analyzing and approval of new channel margin programs - as well as quarterly post-mortem assessments Partner with WW Sales and WWPM to assess consumer offers globally; as well as secondhand market pricing and deals Build and lead a team of accomplished managers analysts and develop talent in the team for future progression and succession planning for key Finance roles.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance MBA preferred
