AMP’s Ops Solutions team is seeking a highly motivated, upbeat Sr. Technical Product Manager to drive solutions that will define our internal workflow strategy for years to come. This role requires you to have strong social, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills while being comfortable with working through ambiguities. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our engineering teams to define and execute on the best standards, methodologies, and practices in solutions development. The AMP Ops Solutions team is re-defining the way Apple approaches internal workflows by identifying, and driving sustainable and modular solutions. Key Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years work experience as a technical product manager in the tech industry
  • You have great knowledge in full product life cycles, including technical specifications and development
  • You have strong experience with product design
  • You have demonstrated your skills in managing priorities and trade-offs between customer experience and operational efficiencies
  • You have the ability to influence cross-functional and software developments teams to align business's strategic vision with its software technology
  • You take a quantitative approach (modeling, iterative prototyping, analysis, tools) when exploring new opportunities for solutions
  • You have excellent written and visual communication skills to produce concise and clear written solution design documents and solution presentations to partners of varying seniority levels
  • You have experience in infrastructure (IaaS or PaaS) solutions architecture or engineering
  • You have experience and understand AWS and its cloud computing services
  • Your experience gives you a solid understanding of the challenges that face developers deploying large applications on cloud infrastructure

Lead business-wide technical discussions, document partner’s needs, and propose solutions that improve operational efficiencies Define, design, and implement complex, distributed software systems throughout all phases of the software development life cycle Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a growing team; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration Help define and execute the Content Operations org’s strategy for tooling and automation Provide clear project and program updates to various partners Run workshops to gather business requirements, architect an MVP, and define roadmaps

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
