Description

The analyst will oversee financial and operational support for areas of service, experience, and operations of Apple Retail. This is a fast-paced and evolving business and the analyst will serve as a key innovator and thought leader within the team. Primary responsibilities include: Collaborate with Operations team on projects and initiatives. Provide financial insights, conduct analysis, and develop and present insights. Partner with Operations and Finance teams to implement new processes and initiatives. Analyze and develop recommendations for service & experience resource investment guidance. Continually develop, test and refine models to accurately project support needs while working with the cross functional teams to align investment recommendations with financial plans. Analyze both in-store (customers, demand) and online metrics (book from home availability, order online - pick up from store) Be able to effectively communicate financial and operational themes and insights to a diverse set of business partners both verbally and visually. Analyze financial aspects of retail and operations support, including new capital projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences and creating efficiencies within Retail. Conduct regular reviews of data to identify business opportunities to provide decision and analytic support. Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of Retail, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and field leadership teams

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related field Masters of Finance or MBA a plus
