Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a high performance and high growth organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of an organization
  • Think both analytically and creatively with an eye for continuous process improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Be an intellectually curious self-starter
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience in Tableau or similar BI dashboard visualization tool preferred
  • Strong presentation software (e.g. Keynote) skills and storytelling experience

Description

Primary responsibilities will include: Analyzing operational and financial aspects of resource investment to optimize our global staffing strategy modelling Communicating resource investment methodology, rationale, and financial impact to a diverse audience Design, develop, and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to drive financial and operational excellence Collaborating with and influence cross-functional business partners to identify and solve operational challenges Conducting ad hoc analysis in support of Retail, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and field leadership teams

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field MBA a plus
