The Finance Business Process Reengineering (FBPR) Team is looking for an energetic, innovative and highly motivated person to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in Cupertino, CA. This PMO Project Manager role may require some degree of travel both domestically and internationally. You must be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and capable of balancing multiple urgent priorities.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years related industry experience in program and/or project management

  • Manage PMO-related templates / paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and store

Description

As part of the overall Finance Business Process Reengineering Team, you will have outstanding communication skills, proven project management capabilities, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results. In this position you will provide both local and global PMO support. Developing, communicating, and training/implementing PLC and Process project management approaches. You also must have excellent analytical and communication skills along with experience working with cross-functional teams. Solid business judgment, including fact-based and data-driven decision making is critical along with the ability to work well with all levels of leadership.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree MI/PMP certification or Project Certifications (i.g. Agile, Scrum, Sigma, etc.) is a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Additional hands-on experience should include:
  • * Project life cycle systems implementation experience with SAP (FI and SD modules) or other Finance systems
  • * Successful finance business process re-engineering experience
  • * Strong written & verbal communication skills including, business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals
  • * Ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with global business partners
  • * Ability to innovate and share best practices with members of the project team
  • * Excellent negotiation skills in addition to the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity will also be critical
  • * Ability to drive the project forward with a sense of urgency
  • * Working knowledge of common financial terms, key processes and theories
