Key Qualifications

  • Retail or commercial construction experience in a global role; industries of preferred experience: hospitality, offices, civic, museum buildings, or luxury retail
  • 5 years executing and/or evaluating vendor and General Contractor (GC) performance
  • Expertise in evaluating GC management of subcontractors including sub bids, performance and change and schedule management
  • Expertise in schedule, cost and quality management


Develop and Launch a formal evaluation program to track vendor and General Contractor Performance Train internal Apple staff to initiate a survey after each defined event Evaluate GCs after Bid Response, Job Completion and Post Project Lessons Learned Track corrective actions on vendors and GCs after survey results are finalized Remove and communicate termination of any firms who are removed from program Archive results and corrective actions for audit purposes to document project selection decisions Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for survey modifications and continuity Analyze fleet of vendors and GC’s for selection on future work and track feedback Identify, develop and contract / onboard new vendors and GC’s in both existing and potential upcoming markets Work with Procurement, Cost Management and Estimating teams in various capacities Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that will be used for measuring and assessing vendor and GC performance

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive thinker who can think strategically and stay connected to our customers.
