We are seeking an experienced events program manager who will be responsible for organizing and project managing events from inception to completion. As a hardworking member of the team, you are creative, take ownership of your projects, and have a collaborative spirit.

Key Qualifications

  • Partner with lines of business and teams to ensure the right Apple presence
  • End-to-End project workflow creation and project management
  • Ensure event project teams and support specialists are on-track with action items
  • Creating event cost estimates and budgets to drive VP and Finance approvals
  • Create and evolve event proposals


5+ years of coordination/events experience Strong written and verbal communication Skilled at effectively prioritizing key tasks Leading corresponding with vendors, recruiting partners, and venue organizers Ability to collaborate and influence key business partners Strong expertise in event coordination Ability to cut through ambiguity Ability to work independently Unrivaled attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Education & Experience

4-year college degree required

  • Fluent with Numbers, Excel, Pages, and Keynote
  • Must be willing to travel
