Apple’s Real Estate & Development AMR Planning, Operations and Admin (POA) team is looking for a Project Manager to partner with internal teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking efforts to improve Apple Facilities services. This role requires strong relationship management, program creation and management and multi-functional coordination. We are looking for a creative thinker who can strategize and implement in an ever-changing environment. This teammate will use technical skills, collaboration and partnership to impact Apple’s Real Estate growth across the US, Canada and Latin America.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior space management, facility management and/or project management experience
  • Experience with Tririga, CAD and Tableau
  • Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal)

Description

This team provides operational and strategic support to the AMR Real Estate & Development leadership team, with responsibilities including site specific tactical space planning, facilities reporting and analysis, M&A support, and preparation for key presentations. This role requires the ability to understand the big picture while also being able to dive into details to tackle problems. This role will involve interaction with all aspects of AMR sites and campus teams focusing on but not limited to: Site specific tactical space planning Scenario planning & option development Stack planning Block planning, including analysis of office/cube ratios Monitoring day-to-day space utilization Adjacency mapping Detailed move planning of all group moves (greater than 10 people) Tririga Provide access and training to facilities team members Collaborate with other users to address issues and improve use of the tool Ensure space related data is accurate and updated regularly Participate in WW Tririga project team Use Tableau to generate compelling and interactive reports Role will require 15-25% travel. Job location can be New York, NY or Austin, TX.

Education & Experience

Prior space management, facility management and/or project management experience. Experience with Tririga, CAD and Tableau. Business level proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a plus.
