Apple is seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join the rapidly growing Services organization in the Finance team supporting iCloud, Maps and AI/ML Siri. You will be an integral part of the Services & Infrastructure Financial Planning and Analysis organization working with the Business and the broader Finance teams. FINANCIAL OPERATIONS & PLANNING - Help consolidate recurring financial planning deliverables such as Forecast, Plan and quarterly Close submissions across multiple teams - Quarter business review presentation support - Create key metrics package comparing across the team, e.g. headcount, cost drivers, forecast accuracy - Assist in the design, implementation, and management of financial tools - Become the resident system guru, e.g. Excel, SAP, forecast tool, Essbase, Business Objects, Tableau - Analyze team processes from a continuous improvement perspective HEADCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Develop insightful headcount analytics to business leadership - Lead post-M&A integration incentive payment structure - Build a scalable headcount tracking tool - Proactively identify needs to support business and recruiting team - Generate weekly headcount reporting package - Run headcount policy training and education across multiple platforms - Coordinate monthly headcount arena seating audit to ensure alignment between internal teams DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSING - Run large scale licensing deals across various business teams - Ensure adherence to accounting policy and timely payment - Collaborate with GBS and Product Marketing team on quarterly close deliverables - Track and report on royalty costs - Partner with business development teams to develop robust forecasts
