Key Qualifications

  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong drafting skills are required.
  • Strong client relation and collaboration skills are essential, as is a willingness to work hard.
  • Commercial litigation experience a plus.
  • Complex commercial negotiation and dispute resolution (formal and informal) experience a plus.

Description

You will serve as legal counsel to Apple’s enterprise business in the United States. The role will require you to advise and counsel the business on a wide range of legal and commercial issues related to the sale of products and services to enterprise customers. You will have the opportunity to advise on all aspects of the customer life-cycle. You will also work with the broader legal team to support Apple’s sales teams in the United States and around the world.

Education & Experience

JD or equivalent and excellent academic credentials.
