Key Qualifications

  • Background in business operations, finance and or policy enforcement and experience delivering products/services on a global scale
  • Experience delivering data-driven insights with a high attention to detail
  • Strong at research and evaluation of competitive platforms and markets
  • Ability to do data mining to investigate policy activities
  • Querying, modeling, slide preparation, and delivery and proficiency of Keynote and Excel/Numbers
  • Extensive, demonstrable quantitative experience
  • Inquisitive with an ability to navigate ambiguity as it pertains to policy and tax regulations
  • Integrate new information and make decisions based on multiple factors and options available
  • Organized and takes initiative, is self-directed, solutions oriented and is keen to share knowledge with others

Description

Are you passionate about providing a technical lens to business operations teams? Join us and use your expertise to help our organization make critical & informed decisions involving Apple tax & legal requirements, system integration assessments, and platform policy compliance. This role involves significant interaction with groups across Advertising Platforms including finance, business operations, product, engineering, and data analytics. You'll be comfortable handling large data sets, analysis, written presentations, and will wield a strong understanding of business operations, tax requirements, global policies and competitive platforms. Specifically, the role will be responsible for driving the following: SME in finance operations requirements, tax law compliance, and risk analysis for Search Ads Aligning business policy, tax & legal requirements with partners across Apple and escalate concerns Managing requirements, integrations, and analysis for multiple countries and products in regards to finance and tax Delivering finance, tax, and legal insights and recommendations using first and third-party data Informing and advise on daily operations, finance process, and customer communications Developing competitive platform analysis, outlining legal, policy and tax regulations and restrictions Developing and maintaining centralized Search Ads finance, tax, and legal requirements documentation Conducting ad hoc scenario analysis in support of product, policy, and finance initiatives and ongoing analysis of legal, policy, and tax trends, and evaluate platform susceptibility per market Coordinating and implementing best practices between internal and external groups Support and inform cross-functional teams executing product roadmaps Applying learnings and driving efficiencies with how Ad Platforms maintains, creates and enforces tax & legal requirements across our systems and tools. Ensuring our platform initiatives are compliant with Apple Finance and market specific tax requirements

Education & Experience

EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE

Additional Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of industry experience (ad network, search marketing, or other demonstrated analytical or operational experience preferred)
