As a member of the M&A Finance & Integration team, you will deliver diligence and integration support for acquired companies around the world. Your responsibilities will include pre-deal decision support, financial forecasting, financial due diligence, integration planning and management, and accounting and consolidation for acquired companies.

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience (preferably focused on technology industry) from large public companies and/or public accounting firms
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to mitigate business risks and implement appropriate internal controls
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP (IFRS a plus)
  • Solid analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to lead in-person/video executive-level meetings across multiple teams from both within and outside Apple
  • Ability to convert strategic concepts into detailed plans
  • Ability to drive detailed integration activities

Description

YOU WILL: - Review and provide feedback on merger agreements and legal documents - Conduct financial due diligence and analysis - Engage external experts as/when needed - Forecast the financial impact (P&L & CapEx) of proposed acquisitions - Prepare purchase price allocation accounting - Coordinate financial submissions with acquired company’s CEO, CFO, Controller - Manage and execute deal-related payments - Develop and execute the financial wind down or integration of acquired companies

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred, IFRS experience a plus
