Apple’s Retail Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of online and in-store marketing experiences for Apple products and services within Apple Retail. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has demonstrated experience developing and producing innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer engagement, acquisition, loyalty and conversion, as well as brand equity across digital and physical channels. In this role you will rely on your experience and consistent track record executing projects from strategy and concept through production and delivery. You’ll use your incredible interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with a global cross-functional team of Marketers, Product Managers, Business Owners, Merchants, Creatives and Operators. You are a versatile, dynamic and highly motivated marketer who always takes a strategic approach. You have the organizational skills of a project manager, the attention to detail of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product, business, operations and creative teams. Key Qualifications

  • 7-10 years marketing experience, client or agency side
  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
  • Experience designing and developing customer experiences and integrated activations
  • Solid experience crafting marketing plans and communications aligned to the product and customer lifecycle
  • Strong leader who is able to hone in on business challenges, utilize insights, discuss and debate ideas and develop an informed point of view
  • Ability to connect the dots across information, work streams, people, and teams to better inform the work
  • Adept at solving problems creatively and delivering results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
  • Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Ability to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects
  • Curious, self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to engage and influence partners at all levels
  • Retail experience preferred, including e-commerce and brick and mortar
  • Experience marketing the same product line or program for 2-3 years preferred


Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing activity for products, services, and support available in Retail Develop and execute a marketing plan in support of key campaign moments, new and established experience design, and ongoing sales momentum efforts Stay across business priorities and trends in order to be pro-active and relevant with marketing ideas and recommendations Use knowledge of the customer - from behaviors and insights to their journey in-store - to influence ideas and the work Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from planning to execution, making the most of their time and skill sets to optimize the work Socialize ideas and work with stakeholders world-wide to get input and buy-in Manage multiple workflows and deliver projects on aggressive timelines Translate business and customer needs into project requirements Organize complex information so it’s clear, concise, and digestible

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject preferred
