Key Qualifications

  • - Hands-on experience on a wide spectrum of electrical and optical characterizations
  • - Matlab/Python skills are a must, with other programming tools are a plus
- Capability to use these tools to generate data and analyze them to draw meaningful conclusions to guide engineering decisions
  • - Knowledge and insight on OLED device physics and device design procedure
  • - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across various cross-functional teams
  • - Proven track record of problem-solving skills together with self-driven growth mindsets

Description

- Proposing novel designs and technology applications to improve display performance to meet Apple's product design needs - Developing and validating essential system level customer facing features to ensure high quality products - Supporting product design by collaborating with various cross-functional teams - Assessing emerging display technologies for new Apple products - Designing experiments to collect large quantity parametric data from engineering development phase and mass production phase, and analyzing the acquired data to extract meaningful information for further product improvements

Education & Experience

PhD or MS degree in Physics, Optics, Material Science or Electrical Engineering,
