Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We're seeking a Repair Center Operations Program Manager to support AppleCare's global mail-in service channel. As a part of the global NPI team for mail-in service, you will support sustaining activities while running multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity across many groups within AppleCare. In this role, you will have a targeted focus on capacity planning and operational management. You're planning skills and ability to execute operational performance measured by key performance indicators will be important to your success. You're equally capable of supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives while driving extraordinary customer experience and providing status to peers, executive management and 3rd party relationships.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a program management services support role
  • 2+ years operational capacity planning and operations management experience
  • Experience supporting service or production operations with both technical and business responsibilities
  • Strong analytical data driven capabilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate peers and leadership teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extraordinary cross functional leadership experience


As a successful Operations Program Manager, you are a natural leader and facilitator who is driven, organized and detail oriented with the ability to facilitate actions and resolve conflicts while communicating with ease at all levels. - Drive strategic efforts to operational capacity planning activities for NPI and sustaining repair center operations - Build integrity with positive relationships with cross functional teams and work to optimize repair center activities - Support AppleCare initiatives to ensure Repair Center preparation and compliance - Strive to make improvements and identify enhancements in customer satisfaction and service operations - Lead operational initiatives in support of the organizational business goals

Education & Experience

BS Engineering degree, Masters or MBA preferred
