Job Summary The Retail Support Insights analyst will join a passionate team that works tirelessly to elevate the experience at the Genius Bar for our teams, our customers, and Apple. This person will work collaboratively with Retail and AppleCare leadership to drive execution of repair strategies, limit operational expense and maximize revenue. This analyst will be the lead for metrics, goals, analysis, reporting, and data strategy.

Key Qualifications

  • 7+ years of operations project management experience
  • An in-depth understanding of Apple Retail’s strategy and operations
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to transition analysis into actionable projects
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Mac OS, iOS, productivity applications, and project planning tools
  • Familiarity with platforms, tools, methodologies in the data management, reporting and advanced analytics space including Tableau, Business Objects, MySQL
  • A dynamic, intelligent, and passionate individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Able to develop strong relationships quickly. A trusted partner that others enjoy working with

Description

Simplify current reporting to increase use and effectiveness. Manage features, user experience, and change control process for multiple Tableau dashboards comprised of all operational metrics. Build and deliver analyses on a weekly basis to influence strategy and execution. Partner with Retail Analytics and AppleCare Finance team to methodically answer key questions with data resulting in strategies to improve the business. Communicate comprehensive updates to Retail leadership on trends, actions, and outcomes. Deliver feedback to Program Managers or Store Leadership teams on trends and outliers. Partner with Program Managers to plan next steps and actions to improve key focus areas. Analyze current processes and procedures to continually seek new efficiencies. Lead various strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Store visits to capture insights and drive actions. Other responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
