THIS ROLE DEMANDS FOUR KEY FOCUSES: Communication: In supporting the LMS and content authors, excellent communication skills and the ability to train users will be essential. The role will require building rapport with providers to better help them learn and troubleshoot content and assignments, as well as build a community of content creators. It will demand the skill to move back and forth between big-picture learning strategy and attention to detailed steps needed to facilitate a successful provider experience. Technical Know-how: Collaborate with partners across Apple from a variety of technical organizations. It will require candidates to have professional experience with HTML and Javascript for creation of online learning material and SCORM packages. Customer Focus: The right person for this role needs to be obsessed with the customer experience of the provider teams using the LMS, and ultimately with the experience of employees engaging with learning material. They must serve as point person answering questions via email and Slack, obtain support as needed from other technical teams, and monitor service and response times for our providers. Project management: This role will be responsible for development of templates and content and delivering projects on time.
