Apple Retail is looking for a highly motivated professional to join the Retail Market Development team as a program manager for one of Retail’s most strategic sales programs, Apple Trade In. This individual will be critical in defining the vision for the trade in program, will work cross-functionally with partners worldwide to identify key enhancements and will play a key role in the launch of new trade in initiatives. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, serial problem solver, relationship builder, and influencer. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, be able to confidently present to Retail executives, and lead cross-functionally throughout Apple Retail and other areas of Apple Inc.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant business development, project management, and/or strategic operations experience
  • Big-picture thinker with a strong desire to move the needle and drive results
  • Proven success in building relationships and quickly establishing credibility
  • Ability to lead and influence others cross-functionally without direct authority
  • Proven track record in launching programs or bringing strategies to life

In this role you will… Research industry level trends and market insights and liaise with our regional teams to be the subject matter expert on trade in to identify opportunities for the program and help define strategic direction and priorities for the program; Create compelling stories to share with leadership Develop and present business cases to Apple Retail leadership for on-going program investment and to help define the annual trade in initiatives roadmap Lead cross-functional teams across stores and online to execute key strategic program initiatives and perform comprehensive end to end launch planning to ensure success of the program for the business and for our customer Engage, collaborate, and develop strong cross-functional relationships throughout Apple Retail and Apple Inc. to achieve program objectives

Education & Experience

BS/BA, MBA preferred or equivalent industry experience
