- Extraordinary writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines
- Experience collaborating with writers, visual designers, and domain experts

- Working knowledge of HTML, Markdown and Mac (OS and apps like Pages and Keynote)

We’re looking for an expert Technical Writer to take our information security content to the next level. As a Technical Writer for the Information Security Communications team, you'll craft web articles, FAQs, landing pages, training courses, and emails to help keep Apple information safe. You'll work with partners to make sure content is accurate, appropriate, and visually engaging. The result? Amazing content that gives our customers the answer they're looking for, at exactly the right time and in exactly the right way. - Write clear, simple content that speaks to customers in their own language - Suggest ways to improve content with formatting and visuals - Give feedback to your peers and review your own work with others - Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders - Collaborate with content strategists to analyze underperforming content and suggest ways to enhance it - Run content projects and communicate status proactively - Look for ways to make your content better - keep raising the bar
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field (Master's degree in technical communication preferred). 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree.
