Global Fringe Finance supports our Benefits program managers covering costs, including Retirement, Healthcare, Leaves, Wellness & Fitness, etc. We are looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join our team! Along with a strong analytical attitude, this role will require partnering, with both business teams and with our internal finance teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Excel skills, experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) preferred
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously

This position is part of the G&A Finance team, reporting into the Financial Controller of Global Benefits. The primary scope is Benefits for major International countries. Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst include but not limited to: - Planning, forecasting, consolidation, analysis and reporting of worldwide cost center expenses - Maintain and develop financial forecasting tools and cost center hierarchies - Analyze and maintain benefit analysis and fringe rate by country; Management of international fringe rate across all jurisdictions outside the U.S. - Engineer complex analytical modeling for ad-hoc analysis - Approval of PR’s to ensure correct application of project codes and GL coding, and compliance with Indirect Procurement requirements - Management of accruals for monthly and quarterly Close, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for substantiation of accruals.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting related field
