We’re looking for an extraordinary Technical Sales Manager to join our Search Ads business. Could this be you? Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, ideally in the digital advertising industry, in a customer success, service and/or program management role
  • 4+ years of experience running global teams and working globally / cross-functionally
  • Experience with in-person client interactions, specifically performance marketers
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising landscape and KPIs for web / mobile / apps. Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing, and/or channel partners (e.g., agencies, mobile measurement) preferred
  • Advanced technical skills a plus: experience with data-mining including querying data via SQL, scripting (e.g. Python) and 3rd party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Excellent communications, project management, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust
  • Self-starter who works effectively in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing ambiguity

Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Manager to support our growing Search Ads business. In this role, you will service and support an expanding Partner Development group, ensuring that we scale rapidly and efficiently. You will manage a group of Customer Success Analysts, overseeing day to day efforts as well as project lifecycles. You will be accountable for the performance of the team, both internally with the sales organization, and externally with our advertisers. You will play a large part in translating and communicating the voice of the customer for our internal technical teams. Support the Partner Development team globally, ensuring that problems/issues are identified, triaged and addressed Oversee and evolve a team of analysts/subject matter experts, who have daily interactions with Partner Development and our clients, and play an important part of business and revenue growth for Ad Platforms group. Collaborate with cross functional teams across Ad Platforms, in order to translate learnings and needs of our internal and external clients Maintain clear lines of communication and transparency between the Sales Enablement teams

Education & Experience

MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred BA/BS IN MARKETING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANALYTICS OR RELATED FIELD
