The Merchandising team at Apple inspires our customers to discover, learn about and buy Apple products, services, and accessories through merchandising that delivers a personalized experience like no other. We do this by communicating a focused point of view to create unique Apple experiences, that we then execute flawlessly. Our Accessories are a crucial part of our customer experience, providing a complete solution along with our hero products and services. We take pride in merchandising the best products in the marketplace to the highest standards, partnering with our incredibly talented store teams to provide our customers a best in class experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Prior purchasing/merchandising experience required
  • Skilled partnership manager experience with the ability to develop relationships at all levels including senior management
  • Thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, operating both at a strategic and tactical level
  • Proven success identifying new and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to design customer experiences for new products
  • Strong familiarity with Apple Ecosystems and the iOS App Store
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a strong team
  • Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Numbers proficiency
  • Project management and process improvement experience a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally required


Product management of various Apple and non-Apple branded product categories Product selection and assortment decisions Driving sales through price, positioning, sales analysis, and select promotions Setting product pricing by utilizing margin analysis and competitive market research Developing, negotiating and implementing accrual programs and placement commitments with key partners Complete ownership of product lifecycle management from initial forecasting to end of life disposition Developing and growing productive internal and external relationships with key business partners, including external Vendor Representatives, Store Operations and Communications, Fulfillment and Logistics, Worldwide Retail Merchants, Online Store Merchants, Store Managers, and In-store Merchandising Specialists

Education & Experience

BA/BS required, MBA preferred
