Apple is looking for a highly motivated Program Development Manager on the WW Channel Strategy & Operations team. The Program Development Manager will be responsible for working with global cross-functional teams to drive program development and readiness.

Key Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a successful track record in the management of complex projects. The candidate must be a self-starter and operate well in an ambiguous environment with little guidance. Outstanding presentation skills are required, the ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting at all levels of the organization and able to clearly articulate project challenges and create clear messaging around project risks and risk mitigation. In addition, the ideal Program Development Manager will be comfortable leading meetings and is an excellent facilitator; able to drive requirements, run productive development, progress, and status meetings and reports.


- Manage & publish program plan-of-record - Schedule and drive core team meetings; publish detailed notes - Track development progress against plan and note gaps, constraints, and risks to plan - As needed, escalate project risks to cross functional working teams and leadership and drive forums and process to mitigate those risks - Schedule Steering Committee meetings, socialize agenda in advance and publish detailed meeting notes - Lead focused costs reviews and partner with Sales Finance to maintain a detailed cost tracker

Education & Experience

BA/BS Required. MBA or PMP desirable.

Additional Requirements

  • Additional requirements include the ability to think both strategically and tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity. International experience is helpful. A strong proficiency in Keynote is required. The ideal candidate will be well versed in tracking all aspects of projects in Keynote, including timelines and gaps to plan.
