The Infrastructure Software organization is looking for an experienced engineering program manager to drive key software initiatives. We are looking for an upbeat and motivated individual with strong communication, organization, and technical skills who works well in a fast-paced multifaceted environment!

Key Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of program or product management in software development
  • Experience project managing complex, cross functional projects
  • Ability to build and execute plans in ambiguous settings
  • Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolutions
  • Great attention to detail
  • Exhibit a deeply curious approach about new ideas
  • Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies

Description

We are looking for someone, who understands new technology, to drive and own, all aspects of large, cross-functional efforts. Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation. Deliver executive communication/presentations on new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, critical breakthroughs to executive leadership. Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. Manage the roadmap, priorities, scoping, timelines. Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes.

Education & Experience

BS/MS CS/CE or equivalent
