Apple Media Products (AMP) is one of the fastest growing areas of Apple. We are known for delivering high-quality products and services to a loyal and growing customer base. The AMP Quality Office is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Technical Communications Program Manger to drive our most important initiatives, and enhance our organization’s ability to scale. The Technical Communications Program Manager will build out and execute our communications strategy, as well as learning & development curriculum. Well qualified candidates will have excellent communications skills, a passion to solve complex problems, be a quick learner with willingness to flex into new areas. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, comfortable taking initiative, can provide structure to ambiguity, and can communicate complex information and processes in a clear and accessible way.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficient in Keynote, Confluence, Photoshop, and learning management software (or equivalent applications)
  • Experience in QA, communications, change management, learning & development, and management consulting highly preferred
  • 3+ years in a technical writing, editorial, production role


As Technical Communications Program Manager, you will craft visually engaging content for consumption by the Quality team and our key partners. To do so, you will collaborate with our technical teams and program managers to understand their work, synthesize that information, and leverage our communications channels to share the information. Deliverables may include: multimedia training (in-person, recorded, or written), templates, newsletters and announcements, process and procedures, executive presentations, and more. A successful candidate will: Build out and execute the AMP Quality communications strategy and campaigns for major initiatives Design and deliver scalable, role-based training materials Distill and articulate complex technical information using simple language and polished visuals for a wide range of audiences Drive decision making and engagement with stakeholders Pay attention to the little details, as well as the big picture and design Be receptive to feedback, and rapidly iterate in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree, or other related fields with equivalent experience.
