As a manager of the team you will help build the team's culture, grow the team and participate in defining the technology and engineering practices. Key Qualifications

  • - Effective at highly-technical, hands on software engineering, people and project management
  • - Ability to hire, mentor and manage performance of team members
  • - Able to build a consensus and empower those around you
  • - 3+ years of hands-on experience leading an iOS/macOS development team
  • - 5+ years of experience architecting, designing and developing iOS/macOS apps
  • - Self-directed, analytical and comfortable with always learning

Education & Experience

BS or MS or Phd in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
