The Acquisition Integration Lead will partner with Apple's Corporate Development team to deliver the successful integration of acquired companies globally. For each acquisition, this person will drive multiple integration work streams, create the integration plans, identify issues and drive decisions while coordinating with experts throughout Apple.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in post-merger integration or 5 years in project management, preferred but not required
  • Have ability to think both strategically and tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Possess confidence in leading meetings, comfort with making decisions and ability to document and respond quickly to inquiries
  • Be comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time, with multiple business partners
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and strong business acuity
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships at all levels
  • Be proactive and be able to influence and motivate without authority
  • Fluent with Pages, Keynote and MS Excel
  • Would love a familiarity with Apple systems and processes


▪ Perform due diligence and decision-making as a member of the core deal team to support integration planning ▪ Manage the end-to-end integration process, from creating the integration plan, organizing Day One, and leading the ongoing integration, by working closely with representatives throughout Apple ▪ Establish integration approach for smaller acquisitions and assist on larger, more complex transactions ▪ Identify roles and responsibilities for integration team members ▪ Manage cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, IS&T, Real Estate, Operations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Finance, and Tax to define and execute the integration plan ▪ Drive integration decisions ▪ Report team progress ▪ Actively manage integration risks, identify and solve cross-functional integration issues ▪ Act as central point of contact for integration information for our partners across Apple

Education & Experience

BA in Finance or related field
