At the end of the day, we ensure the Sales teams have the tools and information needed to achieve their goals. We do this by partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Sales for operational excellence in the areas of strategic planning, forecasting, and most importantly systems & tools. We are looking for an outgoing professional with high analytical capacity, creativity, and interpersonal skills to support the US Enterprise Sales Organization. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets to drive insights. The individual will help design, develop, create, and publish interactive and informative Tableau dashboards.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working experience in Sales Operation, financial/business operations/data analyst experience
  • Analyze business health, interpret key performance metrics, offer insight
  • Forecasting experience a plus
  • Experience with Tableau dashboard design, development and publishing
  • Present monthly/quarterly progress reports to stakeholders with measurable sales goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms
  • Strong technical understanding with ability to interpret sophisticated technical issues in easy to understand business terms
  • Ability to navigate through a large organization


You will work closely with the Enterprise Carrier B2B and Channel sales teams to analyze business trends and provide executive updates. Business Operations owns the development and deployment of reports and Tableau dashboards for our different sales leaders and this is where you come in! We need to be able to communicate the results of complex analyses and projects optimally to senior management. We can go deep to understand data elements to help support dynamic and sophisticated business needs. The candidate should feel comfortable dealing with complex & ambiguous situations. The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making to drive improvements for sales and revenue generation. This role will standardize the tools, methodologies, and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency. Additional Responsibilities include: - Provide analytical insights into current state of the business that can be demonstrated for growth opportunities - Develop insightful and interactive business intelligence reports (KPIs, operating metrics, business metrics, ad-hoc queries), dashboards, and scorecards that can be consumed rapidly by decision makers. - Maintain and enhance current Tableau Dashboard - Create presentations, dashboards and reports to surface data for different stakeholders - Analyze and model data to unlock key insights and to improve internal processes

Education & Experience

You have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field.
