Experienced cross-functional leader to drive customer strategies related to risk, payments and fraud initiatives on all of Apple's products: the App Store, iTunes Store and iBooks. Working collaboratively with product marketing, finance, treasury, legal, finance, engineering and more in establishing the strategic direction and business objectives. Ensuring product advancement and operational execution exceeds the customer experience levels Apple is widely known for.

Key Qualifications

  • Recognized leader with two to five years of management/supervisor experience fraud and payments experience
  • Insight into global payments, online commerce and/or digital products
  • Knowledge working with Latin American financial institutions and payment platforms preferred
  • Experience supporting partners from a business perspective
  • Clear understanding of a great customer experience and what differentiates Apple
  • Hardworking willingness and agility to learn new technologies and spaces
  • Ability to work with data sets and business intelligence tools to provide business-focused recommendations
  • Strong analytical attitude and fierce attention to detail
  • Effective interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Sound product/project leadership skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines

Business Development Stay apprised of the customer payments industry in relation to risk and fraud Explore new global payment initiatives and expansion opportunities world-wide Work with third parties to craft solutions that meet the needs of customers Maintain strong business relationships with key partners Resolve key business terms with payment partners in connection with treasury, legal and finance, as well as provide assistance with contract negotiations Product Establish a clear risk strategy that aligns with Apple’s overall payment and product strategy Extensive knowledge of Apple digital platforms and products, including strategic direction, to ensure all markets world-wide are appropriately considered Understand and evaluate payment options for appropriateness in different markets Define product requirements clearly with dedication to the best customer experience Develop fraud and risk measurements for existing payment methods to resolve opportunities for improvements to drive usage Collaboration Work with all facets of Apple, as extensively as needed, to drive payment initiatives Collaborate closely with data science, government affairs, legal, security and fraud prevention to optimally handle risk and compliance Collaborate with engineering and IS&T on technical feasibility and performance requirements Coordinate with finance and treasury to ensure financial impacts are modeled and understood Provide insights to marketing and public relations when launching new solutions Understand production support and customer support processes and service levels for any payment related customer facing issues and ensure timely resolutions

Education & Experience

BA or BS in business, business management, finance or criminal justice preferred Proficient in Spanish
