You will be part of the Services and Infrastructure Finance team and run various financial tasks regarding the tracking, analysis, and reporting of key financial and business information. We are looking for a leader with strong analytical capabilities, outstanding financial / quantitative horsepower, interest in Apple’s services, products, business and strategy, polished communication skills, a “player-coach” attitude with an ability to build high-performance teams, and a robust executive presence. We will ask you to partner with various groups, handle confidential information, and carry a very high level of responsibility and exposure.

Key Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years of Finance / Business Experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment; market analysis and forecasting experience is desirable
  • Utmost ease performing quantitative and financial analyses in a product & service context; able to work comfortably with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen, high intellectual curiosity, with solid interest in Apple’s products, services, technology, business, and strategy
  • Extraordinarily detail oriented while balancing and never losing sight of the “big picture”
  • Proven experience building and/or running high-performance teams; able to form positive relationships with several business partners and peers
  • Passion for automating and improving processes and systems
  • Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills

Description

This is an exciting opportunity that entails the following responsibilities: Lead the annual spend budgeting exercise and drive quarterly actuals/forecasting activities Mentor, train a develop a team of analysts Develop and innovate executive reporting and simplify existing reporting Present forecasts and actual business results to senior Finance leadership and other key partners Provide ad hoc analytical and decision-making support Work closely with all of finance to fulfill corporate finance results Review quarterly journal entries to be posted to the general ledger Actively participate in the development and deployment of tools and systems to improve financial processes Be an active participant in and handle special projects and requests

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or other quantitative field MBA; concentration in Finance is desirable

Additional Requirements
