The Store Experience POS Operations team manages a suite of systems and tools that enable world-class in-store operations and merchandising for our Channel partners worldwide. Our team is looking for an individual to fill the position of Product Manager - Point of Sale Operations Applications. This role will be the product lead for all POS Ops applications used by thousands of partners and merchandisers worldwide. The candidate should have a passion for Apple and Retail and must be comfortable working alone as well as in a fast-paced dynamic team environment. We are looking for an effective communicator who is detail oriented, proactive, and capable of thinking strategically.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in product management of systems and/or tools
  • Minimum 5 years experience owning a product strategy and defining 6-24 month product roadmaps
  • Successful development and deployment of at least one Retail storefront product
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a retail environment (corporate or stores)
  • Proficient in business process flow diagramming and store operations
  • Ability to approach projects analytically; experience making data-driven decisions required
  • Strong communication skills across project and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-track product development projects
  • Ability to set and define business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, problems and objectives
  • Required proficiency in the following: Keynote and Excel
  • Experience with Apple products and services a strong plus


Support a portfolio that supports efficient and scalable operational management across all supporting operational processes. Own POS Ops portfolio dedicated to Geos strategy (in alignment with Exec Sponsor) and support individual product strategies for cohesive POS Ops vision. Reconciles business priorities, success and KPIs across products. Align cross functional stakeholders on priorities within and across multiple products within the portfolio Provide guidance on business decisions where multiple business owners to ensure integrity of the end user experience and adoption. Inform product design and roadmap via business requirements from business stakeholders and operational teams. Work with Regional CSO teams to drive requirements and partner with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) on phased releases balancing business needs and development capacity Lead business readiness and change management efforts for implementation of new applications that support storefront operations Lead cross-functional communications with in partnership with BPR

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Computer Science / Marketing / Industrial Engineering preferred
