As a member of People BPR team, you’ll help drive multi-functional projects across the organization. You will be joining a team of subject matter experts who have a passion for improving the way we work and serving as “stitchers” to help assemble, develop and track various projects and programs. You will build/enhance tools, processes and frameworks to execute the People Solutions Program initiatives and to engage and motivate the breadth partners and leaders across the People organization and end users across the company. Our People team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to partner with our cross functional teams to lead change strategies for people, process and system transformation projects with an Apple tone and style. This position is on site in Cupertino, California.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting workshops with worldwide business partners
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Apple’s NPI Process


You will have a demonstrable track record, successfully leading large cross functional global programs. Collaboration with teams to drive strategic alignment and deliver results. Communication and training expertise. The role will require the ability to deliver all the elements vital to ensure the adoption of new ways of working in a very multifaceted and fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level. - Partner with People team leaders to execute People Solutions Program and ensure adoption - Strong analytics skills and ability to use data to influence decisions and recommend actions to business leaders - Work closely with vendor resources through strategy and implementation phases - Partner with project team members and cross functional partners to promote partner engagement and program adoption - Establish program success criteria and metrics - Lead business subject matter authority networks to create project adoption and promote business expertise and ownership - Plan, develop, deliver training and communications - Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as work independently - Partner with vendors to develop video training content and job aids - Partner with localization team to deliver global content - Engage in continuous improvement techniques to incorporate findings into the project and process methodology

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree is required. PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
