Our Ad Platforms team is redefining the advertising model by developing highly effective, scalable advertising products that help content creators thrive while upholding Apple’s commitment to always respect user privacy. We help publishers and developers promote and monetize their work while also helping people around the world discover apps and media. Today, we are a global organization that powers ads in Apple News and Search Ads in the App Store. We are looking for a consultative, collaborative leader to develop and execute growth strategies that prioritize customer success and support long term business and revenue growth for our Search Ads team. Part-consultant, part-project manager, you’ll develop and operationalize global go-to-market plans, evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive projects to completion and assess their impact.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience directing go-to-market plans for advertising or performance marketing sales and account management teams, globally.
  • Proven strength in positions of leadership with the ability to analyze multiple sources of data to build consensus and drive action.
  • Comfortable with leading cross-functional teams who do not directly report to you with influence.
  • Able to successfully navigate, within varying degrees of ambiguity, a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to focus on what matters and streamline everything else.
  • Can quickly develop relationships and trust with a wide variety of cross-functional and global colleagues (often at higher levels in the organization)


Represent our customer-facing sales and support teams in product and business planning initiatives, working closely with colleagues in sales and account management, and cross-functional partners in Product Development, Data Insights, Marketing, Legal and Engineering teams. As we enter new advertising businesses and/or formats, develop sales strategy by product and market, and ensure smooth execution within our Partner Development team. Develop proposals and business cases for new growth opportunities, product features and markets. Serve as the lead project manager for sales pilots, proof of concept experiments, assessing product-market fit and requirements for scale. Work closely with Product, Data Insights, tools Engineering to execute on Partner with Finance to ensure compensation plans for Partner Development teams are effectively designed to ensure product adoption and revenue growth. Oversee self-service revenue growth, working with Marketing teams to stimulate trial and business growth. Identify opportunities to drive efficiency in the working processes of our Partner Development team. Engage directly with senior executives at Apple to articulate vision and report on progress of go-to-market initiatives. Interact with senior level executives at key customers to gather market feedback and help inform broader go-to-market strategy.

Education & Experience

MBA Preferred. 10+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: management consulting, internal consulting, strategy / business planning, business development. 5+ years of experience leading cross-geography go-to-market teams in advertising and marketing performance products
