Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years in silicon or system development and testing
  • Strong technical communication skills in areas of Silicon, HW systems, SW systems.

Description

As manager of System Integration, you will lead a team to optimize the configuration of the power, performance, and thermal management systems to fully utilize sophisticated SOC capabilities within Apple products. During architectural pathfinding, work with the System Management Architects and PA prototyping HW teams to vet more disruptive next generation architectural concepts that requires HW/SW prototyping to prove concepts and re-risk their usage in future products. During architecture implementation, partner with System Management Architects to ensure that the SOC + System HW + FW + SW are working as planned via system level test case execution and data collection that is a pipe-cleaning of tuning tools and user guides that will be provided to product implementation teams. During the product integration phase, work collaboratively with HW & SW product teams to debug and optimize settings towards launch.

Education & Experience

A Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related degree as well as 3+ years of relevant experience or PhD in related fields.
