You will be responsible for validating the security blocks integrated into Apple System-On-Chip and looking for HW vulnerabilities. You will learn from professionals and work with several cross-functional teams including SoC Architects, SW developers and HW design teams

Key Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of SoC architecture and HW-SW integration
  • Strong knowledge in C programming
  • Great debug skills and attention to small details
  • Strong individual and teamwork skills
  • Experience with crypto hardware technologies - Advantage
  • Familiar with ARM and Assembly - Advantage
  • Familiar with HW design, silicon and analog characterization - Advantage
  • Experience with scripting languages, like TCL, BASH, Perl, Python - Advantage
  • Experience with HW/SW emulation platforms - Advantage


This position requires a strong background in Embedded software development to take on all aspects of SoC validation, from driver development, through SoC bring-up, validation and debug. As a member of the Apple SoC Security Validation Team you will be responsible to: Design, develop and implement drivers / tests to validate crypto and security blocks in Apple SoCs Find HW vulnerabilities and debug complex issues Bring up SoC on various platforms: Development boards, FPGA, Emulation/Simulation

Education & Experience
