We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager with consistent record of running sophisticated cross functional projects under demanding timelines. The ideal candidate will work independently as well as be an effective teammate, will set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines, make decisions on a variety of complex matters, and establish and maintain successful working relationships during the course of work. Ability to adapt to change, ambitious, and multi-tasking in a very dynamic environment are key success factors. This role will also take on support of partnering with Apple’s customer-facing applications such as the unsubscribe application/data flow, and will collaborate with the wider engineering and marketing teams to assist the Data Capture Manager with logistics in support of My Apple ID and other associated applications.
- Broad understanding of email marketing principles, including unsubscribe standard methodologies.
- Experience managing projects in an enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- An undergraduate degree, plus 5+ years work experience in a program or project management or high volume production enterprise or marketing environment is desirable.
Identify, collect, and document complex business requirements for developing programs to deliver the most cost effective and innovative solutions to support the company’s marketing strategies Translate marketing requirements into audience stories and facilitate communication between cross functional partners to solidify project requirements and drive updates Manage day-to-day operations by coordinating directly with cross-functional groups to ensure the best possible customer experience Build partner relationships and collaborate with Engineering, Product counterparts, and other major partners.
