The Health team is looking for an outstanding service operations leader to join an exciting new project at an early stage. AC Wellness Network, LLC., an MSO, is a subsidiary of Apple, Inc. and is the dedicated management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness Network, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. Our mission is to deliver the world’s best healthcare experiences. The role will be located in Cupertino, once safe to return to the office.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of operations management experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with implementing process management methodologies and tools.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to lead through change and remain flexible and focused in the face of uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Must have experience designing and implementing successful operating models; influencing cross-functional teams; curating strong team culture and communications; managing multiple complex streams of work at once; and interest getting hands-on to support the team including managing flow of operations and ensuring the highest standard of quality. - Support development and lead management of innovative health offering. - Employ operational best practices to benefit the organization’s ability to deliver on launch and ongoing development of new initiative. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to gauge operational health and identify opportunities for improvement. - Organize activities and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams. - Manage work of team members who may report through other organizations. - Work collaboratively and actively resolve conflicts. - Anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks. - Establish and maintain strong working relationship with peers and partners. - Communicate clearly and concisely with peers, business partners, and leadership via appropriate medium: verbal/written/presentation. - Measure performance against goals, evaluate results, and hold self and others accountable.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
