We are looking for a natural collaborator and exceptional program manager who is enthusiastic about creating an environment where people come to do their best work. As part of the Wallet and Payments Engineering team, you will help design, organize and manage a comprehensive development program for our interns and recent graduates. From recruitment, onboarding, participant mentoring and manager support, you will define and deliver a rotational program that supports our engineers as they begin their Apple career. The Program Manager will work extensively with our engineering teams across Wallet and Payments, Apple Cloud Services and Recruitment. With a direct impact on our employees’ professional journey, this is a role for a creative mind, a problem solver, an amazing communicator, and an implementer who wants to contribute and lead on several fronts at once.

- Manage all aspects of the program including on-boarding, program oversight and ongoing participant development in partnership with managers, Engineering leadership, Recruitment and People teams - Collaborate with leadership to select program mentors and managers. Offer the appropriate training and support to these leaders so that they can best support the participants in the rotational program. - Facilitate strategic discussions with managers to identify needs, align on goals and objectives, and process for resolving potential risks and concerns. - Collaborate with Recruitment on opportunities to find new partnerships with schools and organizations. - Give program visibility through written status, ongoing reporting and summary presentations. - Build strong relationships with peer teams across multiple organizations to share best practices and build learning opportunities. - Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and constant change. - Initiate continuous process improvements to grow and improve the program year over year. - Respond to and support special requests as needed
