AMP’s Ops Solutions team is seeking a highly motivated Head of Product Delivery to drive solutions that will define our internal workflow strategy for years to come. You will be driving the strategy and vision for this new team and re-defining how we deliver Products as part of our group. This role requires you to have strong social, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills while being comfortable with working through ambiguities. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our engineering teams to define and execute on the best standards, methodologies, and practices in solutions development. The AMP Ops Solutions team is re-defining the way Apple approaches internal workflows by identifying and driving balanced and modular solutions. Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the tech industry
  • People management experience
  • Experience in a broad range of UX skills, including interaction design, visual design, UX research, and more
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills to produce concise and clearly written solution design documents and solution presentations to partners of varying levels of seniority
  • Strong product instinct; you intuitively understand why product ideas will be effective
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience in coordinating and leading support teams
  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product and our data-driven business opportunities
  • Technical proficiency; comfortable with understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Recognize that product development is a team sport; Possess a strong team-orientation
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with global teams
  • Experience with music industry and content preferred


- Build and drive the strategy and vision of the Product Delivery team - Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team - Lead User Acceptance Testing. Distill feedback and coordinate with Technology Team leadership to develop product features - Coordinate delivery of all projects ensuring they are aligned with Apple quality and design standards - Own and unify delivery processes across several in-house and vendor delivery teams - Establish and communicate achievements, refine use cases and validate their user value, prioritize feature backlog, and ensure everything stays on track - Work closely with the engineering leads on creating a strategy for all our products - Involved in all aspects of the product development cycle, including product definition, usability testing, UX/UI, backlog management, documentation, release planning, and project schedule management - Collaborate with other cross functional teams to ensure alignment - Develop, communicate, and execute long-term vision and strategy to align with AMP initiatives and goals

Education & Experience

- BS/BA degree, MBA is a plus
