We are seeking an expert Diversity Recruiting Business Partner to join the Recruiting organization. Working closely with our business recruiting teams, business leaders, inclusion & diversity team, and people business partners, the diversity recruiting team is responsible for developing diversity recruiting strategies and ensuring execution is driven through line of business recruiters.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in inclusion & diversity, recruiting, and consulting experience
  • Experience and passion in inclusion and diversity strategy within the tech sector
  • Proven background in creating innovative recruiting techniques focused in diversity hiring
  • Advocates, educates and influences business to embrace Apple’s diversity recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy
  • Strategic and analytical thinker; Excellent skills in analyzing data and reporting trends
  • Experience building deep cross functional relationships and influencing across all levels from individual contributor to executive
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills


Analyze recruiting data and trends to understand the business landscape and build recruitment strategies & solutions Manage ongoing relationships with external partnership stakeholder and events locally in conjunction with I&D team Develop and activate pipeline by identifying and leveraging sources of niche diverse talent Partner closely with recruiting leaders to develop strategies to reinforce diversity recruiting training and development Create ways to effectively measure success of diversity recruiting strategies that directly correlates to recruiting funnel Maintain close relationships with recruiting leaders, I&D, and business partners to drive diversity recruiting strategies across lines of businesses
