Claris's Engineering team is seeking a Server Software Engineer who's eager to work in an environment that is fast paced and complex.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in object-oriented programming with C++11 or later features
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles and API design
  • Experience with Test Automation
  • Experience in RESTful services
  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies is a strong positive

Description

You will join a hands-on development team that cultivates creativity and generates novel solutions to deliver engineering perfection. The role requires an excellent grasp of technical concepts with a proven understanding of the full development life cycle process with a forward thinking mindset, ability and confidence to challenge the status quo. Responsibilities include: Design and Develop solutions with solid architecture and design principles; adhere to development techniques and standards Design walkthroughs with technical teams and business staff to validate solutions against business requirements and system architecture. Build resilient and high performance systems. Write well-crafted, testable, maintainable code. Stay up to date on new technologies and offer analysis of present or future benefit to Apple.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
