Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software program/project/product management
  • Experience building and leading high performing teams and individuals
  • Proven track record leading and deploying large, complex programs
  • Strong relationship management and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations

Apple is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the AMP Infrastructure Program organization. As a People Manager you will lead a team of engineering and SRE project managers who are responsible for end-to-end delivery of critical platform initiatives for Apple Media Products (AMP) engineering. This role will partner with key engineering leads across AMP to develop a strategy and a roadmap that will enable AMP to scale and continue delivering incredible services to millions of customers worldwide. We are looking for a seasoned manager with a consistent track record in program management and organizational efficiency. This is not just a Manager role, it is a hands-on role, participating in software releases. You will develop tools and processes to gain efficiencies in the build, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Managers drive technical discussions with partners, both within AMP and across the company, to build a robust strategy for our infrastructure and platform efficiencies. The role requires a combination of program and release management, strong engineering background, and ability to build collaborative relationships across various teams in Apple. This opportunity is for someone who loves digging into details, building teams, and driving operational change under demanding timeframes. Of course, strong fundamentals are a must, but you have more. This is a full time position, located at our Cupertino, California headquarters.

Education & Experience

Prefer a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field
