Apple Retail is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Retail Market Development team to support the iPhone Upgrade Program and future initiatives to drive upgrades and customer retention at Apple Retail. The individual will analyze the program end to end and identify opportunities and improvements from a customer experience, performance and operational standpoint. We are looking for someone with a strong combination of analytical thinking, drive for results, detail orientation and customer focus. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and build effective relationships to work cross-functionally throughout Apple Retail and Apple Inc.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of financial analyst, consulting, strategic program management, and/or operations experience
  • Proven success in building relationships and quickly establishing credibility
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity
  • Robust analytical skills, proficient in excel and not afraid to dig into the numbers
  • Ability to create storylines and effective presentations
  • Data driven attitude with strong sense of conviction
  • Passionate about retail and the customer experience
  • Resilient with positive outlook


Analyze and understand the programs performance and customer experience to draw insights, predict trends and identify improvements Assist with building out business cases for program investment Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure the success of the program Research industry level trends and competitive landscape to develop market insights and become the subject matter expert

Education & Experience

MBA preferred or equivalent experience
